Cerebus
104 brought us "This Flame, This Carrot". Cerebus and FC join as
travellers for a few strange issues. |
"AV
in 3D", No. 1 (December 1984) was released as a sort of Aardvark-Vanaheim sampler.
FC shared the book with Neil the Horse, Cerebus and Journey. |
The
back cover to "AV in 3D". FC with Ms. Tree and Normalman. Break out
those old funky reb & blue glasses. It's really worth the effort. The 3D
effect is well done and it's nice to see FC out of the 2nd dimension. |
"Flaming
Carrot, No. 25" pairs the Carrot up with those mutated amphibians for a jolly romp.
Over the course of a few issues the TMNTs and FC run with the Mysterymen and times
couldn't be better. |
"Flaming
Carrot, No. 31" brings Herbie and his multi-faceted lollipops along for the ride.
Another strange twosome from the mind of a madman. This issue also contains
the self-described filler story, "Whenlilacs Last in the Doorway Bloomed" by
Bashful Bobby Burden. |
"Anything
Goes", No. 1 (December 1986). This series was produced to help defray the legal
costs of The Comics Journal,Bob and Harlan Ellison as a result of a frivolous and silly
lawsuit brought by Michael Fleisher for defamatory statements and libel. The series
featured a plethora of talent. Seek these out and enjoy. |
The
story from "Anything Goes" entitled, "I, Carrot...An Unmitigated
Expose". In color, no less. |
The
first of a four issue series featuring the TMNTs and FC. We also see the Mystery Men
in Action. Screwball to the rescue!!!! |
"Image
Special, No.1 (August 1994)" brings FC into contact with Normalman and Megaton Man
and we witness his transformation into "Blood the Untamable". Another fun
book and if you look close you'll see Mr' Spook from "Beanworld". There's
another book I miss, alas... |
