very smooth addition to the lounge section of your collection.
A cold rum cocktail, a fine cigar, a gentle breeze and there you
have a perfect setting for some tunes and a fabulous island sunset.
Of course this was back before trade was cut off between our two
nations and travel was cheap and glamorous. The record sleeve has
detailed notes for all of the tracks and a comprehensive discussion
about the type and placement of the microphones for recording these
sessions. The entire session was taped at 15 IPS on an Ampex 300
if anyone cares. Great cover photo suitable for framing and a place
of distinction in your own personal tiki lounge.
