The Music of Ten Years After

Notes: Formed in the early 60s the band became to be known as Ten Years After around 1966. With the rapid fire guitar work of Alvin Lee at the helm the band rocketed to success and made an iconic appearance at the Woodstock Festival in 1969. Playing their own version of British blues in the beginning the band went on to record some LPs in more of a commercial rock vein, the best exampe being "A Space in Time". Whether in the studio or live on stage Ten Years After were worth the time invested. A rollicking good time was to be had.
