Records. This is pre-Spider David full of young artistic angst
and an ever-shifting style and a palette of tubas, sitars, guitars
and the damp crunch of a shovel upon the grave on a rainy afternoon.
Some songs have a wide-eyed innocence whle others have a weary,
world-worn edge to them. A must have for any Bowie completist and
collectior of the sixties in general. The Neon Park cover
brings us a visual depiction of each song title. And if I'm not
mistaken Uncle Arthur bears a strikingly familiar resemblance to
Ringo Starr...
