Notes: One
of the finer albums in the Captain's catalog. The singing is strong,
the material has some classic Beefheart elements and the musicians
are "all in" on this record. Gary Lucas makes an appearance and
the remaining players from previous Magic Band assemblages pull
together set the glorious stage for the Captain to preach his gospel.
The gospel of heartfelt blues, outer space arrivals influences
far and wide. Rave on Captain.
