Notes: Another
fine record from Mr. Dickerson. Pressed in Finland and purchased
from Deke at the 2006 Blue Jean Bop is a record full of tunes that
are carried by their melody. It features Carl Sonny Leland on piano
and he puts in a fine session. Carl has since gone on to front
his own combo. Everything on this record is there because it was
needd, not to add shine or sparkle. Simple cover, nice solid vinyl
feel and away we go. I believe that the LP carries a track not
found on the CD release (Nokie’s Lullaby). Support Deke every
