Notes: Known
primarily as a producer, The Smithereens, R.E.M. or Marshall
Crenshaw come quickly to mind, Don has also released a string of
albums over the years. This effort is full of eighties power pop
balanced by a John Hiatt or Pat Dinizio style of storytelling.
A primitive painting graces the front cover and a portrait of a
tired looking artist/producer on the back. An acquired taste, but
one worth a little effort from the listener.
