on April 21st, 1961 at the Blackhawk Supper Club, the players turn
in a nice set. The liner notesalso
state that the tracks on this album are, " ... the first
recordings of his group in performance in a club that Miles has
ever made." From
Cole Porter to his own music, this album is a rare treat for any
Miles devotee.
