Notes: Take
two guitar masters, a love for jazz and you've got an equation
for some beautiful music. The liner notes by Ellis himself gives
a good blow by blow as to which artist is doing what on any particular
song. Put together in three sessions the selection of material
covers a lot of territory and all of it suits the players just
fine. The cover photo gives us a glimpse of the setting for the
recording sessions. Two guitars, ten fingers and a love for music
a mile wide. If you're not familiar with either artist this is
a fine place to begin your education.
