Notes: A right fine live show recorded in 1971 at the Fillmore West. The boys are in rowdy form and mighty fine fettle. I think this recording is a notch above some of the other live Groovies out there. Roy Loney (of the Phantom movers fame) is right on the money all night. The last two tracks were recorded a year earlier at The Matrix. And did you notice a passing resemblance to an early Beatles record maybe?
