Notes: Touching
on ska, jazz, a bit of disco and some pop thrown in for good measure
this is a fine release from the group. Dutch by birth, demented
by nature they are able to build clever song structures and lyrics
around widely divergent material. Running for an ode to a police
dog to a dig at weekend trendites and lost loves and such one is
never bored listening to Gruppo. And some finely honed chops they
have as well. The cover is a nice 80's New Wave colorful lot, front
and back. not my favorite from these guys, but still a good record.
