Notes: Released
on their own Tiny Ghost label this single, pressed in green
vinyl as tour merchandise, shows what a powerful duo they
are. The voices and the general atmosphere mixes relaxed tempo
with two wonderful voices and a constrained production which
results in soft bliss. I acquired this copy from Robyn at The
Fillmore in San Francisco in 2017. Ever the gentleman he signed
the back cover as we chatted about his upcoming show with Yo
La Tengo as his backing band. The cover art is uncredited
and is a nice treated photograph of our dynamic duo amongst
the ferns.
