Notes: How
could you go wrong with this trio of guitars, a bassist and three
guys playing percussion? And Dick himself bringing the Lowery Organ
(and the Theater model in particular) to the front of the stage.
Some good "Crime Jazz" style tunes and as is usual with
the Command Records liner notes there are copious notes discussing
the songs instrumentation, arrangements and technical details.Just
look at the track listing for a peek at the grooves within. And
the uncredited cover art is a classic secret agent if I ever saw
one. Fun stuff.
