The Music of The Icicle Works

Formed: 1980

The Icicle Works formed in Liverpool in 1980 and had a good run up to 1991. Ian McNabb released several solo efforts and in 2006 the band reformed and continue to play their own brand of emotional new wave/alt-rock. They have a propensity to fleah out their numberous EP releases with select cover tunes and live performances. Any release by these fellows is well worth a listen or two.
