Notes: Known more
for his "Ipanema" and "Samba" tunes Jobim has a way of bringing the
Brazilian night into a jazz framework and making both partners happy
about the situation. Relaxing, soft music with the underlying rhythm and
sway of the breeze or the water upon the sand. The "Boss of the Bossa
Nova" with his large backing ensemble makes beautiful music here for all
to enjoy. I'm not sure how the giraffe photo fits into the picture, but
I first found the green cover and a little later came across the red
one. A good record in either shade. |
