Notes:  From the simple line drawing of the cover to the smooth production quality this is a class effort from Mr. Jackson and friends. I guess this could be called his "break out" album after the new wave sounding "Look Sharp" and "I'm the Man" albums. The lack of guitars is not a detriment to this ensamble. Beautiful melodies, a rolling percussion section and the heartfelt vocals combine to bring a right satisfying feeling to the listener. Joe's talent continues to grow, but it's nice to look, back into the rootstock to see where the eine of the future came from.
