Notes: Along
with his recording career Gary was also breaking into the movies.
Shown with dad, Jerry, on the back cover the liner notes talk about
Gary's first film, "The Family Jewels". The LP has some msic from
the movie as well as familiar tunes such as Travelin' Man and Palisades
Park (written by Chuck Barris of The Gong Show fame). Nothing earth
shattering here, but a pleasant listen overall. An interesting
side note, the sessions were arranged by Leon Russell. The cover
photos capture Gary behind the drums, with The Playboys and on
the movie set.
