Notes: To
me this is baseline Little Feat with Lowell exhibiting his talents
both on the stage and in the production booth. Boogie-blues at
its finest and the 10 minute (even) take on Cold, Cold Cold /
Tripe Face Boogie should sway even the most stalwart hold out
to the church of George. Not to slight the rest of the band by
any means. The whole family swings on this record. Neon Park
has Washington and what appears to be Norma Jean on a ride through
the mountains. Are they trying to outrun the lightening or are
they oblivious to its approach? Start you Feat collection with
this one.
