Artist:  Lulu / The Mindbenders

Title:  To Sir With Love

Date:  1967

Notes:  This is a must-see flick for any student of the sixties.  Sidney Poitier turns in a masterful performance as the new teacher in an East End London School.   Amongst the class of unruly students is Lulu, "the hippist 17-year old ever to break the top 10 charts on both sides of the Atlantic".  Along with this we get The Mindbenders and various and sundry film score music.  Dancing, fighting, life's little lessons and love...what more can one ask for?  The cover displays a few color and B & W pictures from the film by Columbia Pictures.
