Notes: Recording
for ECM Pat settles in here on his third outing and gets down to
the business of making the music sound layered, complex and yet
quiet with a gentle bent. He is as at home on the bass or any number
of stringed wooden boxes regardless of the number of strings he
is presented with. a great record for a foggey, damp morning. The
cover captures that feel and the back has the happy lad in a familiar
setting. A good addition to the Pat section of your jazz shelf.
