between autumn '67 and spring '68 this record presents us with
a pre-ELP Keith Emerson and his mates playing their vision of hard
edged rock. With their sights set on the prog-rock horizon they
were some of the first "rock musicians" with a classical
bent to grace the college airwaves of the late sixties. A very
simple cover with embossed leaves belies the complex nature of
the music within. A good place to start your investigation into
the Nice and their ilk. Here's an alternate
