Notes:  At the fashion forefront of the seventies (how many albums list "make-up" in their credits?) the synthetic world of Gary Numan caught many by surprise. His tune "Cars" garnered much airplay and gave us a taste of things to come. No more guitars leading the charge, here were synthetics drums nd various keyboards lading us into the sterile world of the future. Still touring on occasion with the Tubeway Army, Gary is also known for his flying and test pilot talents. Although I was never enamoured wiht the make-up, big hair and electronic programmed keyboards I'll still toss this one on the turntable every so often. The cover shows an emotionless model contemplating the softly glowing pyramid, looking for answers maybe?
