Notes: This pressing is the Capitol Record Club edition released at the same time as the record store copy. While it doesn't contain any of Roy's blockbuster hits it's still a fine listen. I believe this to be his first release on MGM records and in the liner notes Roy talks about the new freedom the label switch will allow him. His voice is in fine form and in the cover photos he appears to be at ease.And he seems to have nice taste in motorcycles if the back cover photo is any clue.
