Notes: An
excellent range of material on this record. A bit of funk, some
Mahavishnu-like moments and an overall balance of tone and timbre
from both the violin and the guitar. Ponty is able to transition
from lead to support and do both positions justice with his talented
fiddle work. And an interesting cover painting as well. A good
piece of wax from the early eighties.
