Notes: This
fabulous album includes original adaptations, classic tunes, rock
'n' roll standards and it just sounds like they had a great time
making the music happen. Along with Harry and John are Keith
Moon and Ringo Starr among others. From what I've read, this
was a period of manic swings from depression to lunitic, alcohol
induced free-for-alls of fun and frolic for our heroes. From
the sound of these sessions it seems that it was a good formula
at the time. The cover is a picture of the boys in a doll
house setting, just having a little make-over. It's been brought
to my attention that along with a bit of drink there were other
substances at play during these sessions. This is hinted at by
the placement of the two toy blocks on the front cover with the
rug between them (D -rug- S). Strange days indeed...
