Notes: Paul and the boys sneak into a Memphis studio under assumed names and proceed to record a more soulful album that they had in the past. And it works! Aided by uncredited session musians and produced by the legendary Chips Moman the leaders of the band did a fine job of recordng on, as the liner notes state, "a funky little tape recorder". The liner notes go on to share praise from various Memphis area radio personalities and they all agree that Mark, Paul and the rest captured exactly what they were looking for. The front cover art, uncredited, has our heroes riding atop a box car into town. I'm glad they made the trip.
