look at the cover photo would you believe seeing a future member
of Congress and an award winning actress? Even with the haircut
and furry vest Sonny still managed to produce some great music.
Along with Cher they run through some cover territory as well as
original ground on this early album. Among those listed are Julius
(Baja Marimba) Wechter. The simple cover photo speaks volumes of
the time and the fashions. An evolution from the "beats" to
the "hippies". Must have been a nice neighborhood to
cut ones teeth. Love him or hate him, Sonny was responsible for
a lot of great music over the years and Cher's work has left a
mark or two as well.
