Notes: Here's
a splendid EP. This is a French import of a British release that
I found in Hawaii. How's that for taking the long way around? The
title cut is a duet with Sally and Marc "Soft Cell" Almond
(penned by Marc) chronicling a relationship heading south in short
order. The flip side has two additional tunes on which Sally and
the band shine. The makeup of the band includes more than
a few Mekons and friends and they lend a perfect back drop for
Sally's voice. A spot on cover cartoon and a portrait of Ms. Timms
to complete the whole experience in fine fashion. Hard to find,
but worth the effort.
