Notes: As the cover
states this record consists of today's "hits", only now performed
by country artists such as Chet Atkins, Skeeter Davis, Wille and
Waylon etc... While there are no barn burners here there are a few
pleasant surprises in some of the interpreetations of the hit material.
Chet's "Mrs. Robinson" and Willie's "Fire and Rain" call for repeated
listening. Purchased at a flea market for the lovely cover photo
the records has found its way to the turntable now and again.
