Artist:  Tom Verlaine

Title:  Words From the Front

Date:  1982

Label Warner Brothers BSK 3685

Photo Illustration: Rich Mahon

Photography: Howard Rosenberg

Notes:  Following Dreamtime this record seems a little more of the same, but it still merits a listen or two. Tom is still building on his guitar atmospherics and plaintive vocal style. Maybe more for the hardcore fans, but I think the casual listener may enjoy it as well. Quiet portrait of the artist on the front cover and lyrics included inside.

Tommy Price - Drums
Joe Vasta - Bass
Jay Dee Daugherty - Drums
